General:
The apartment complex is located in the heart of downtown Leeuwarden above the Burgemeester van Napels. There is a bicycle storage for residents in the basement. You also have your own basement box.

Our caretaker also lives at the Ruiterskwartier ****** complex.

Service costs include:
Energy, water, exterior window cleaning (3x per year), cleaning of common areas (1x per week), caretaker services, depreciation of furnishings (PVC floor, interior painting, basic lighting), contribution to water softener costs, etc.

Note: service costs exclude internet subscription and TV subscription. The building only has infrastructure laid out for Ziggo. You must arrange your own subscription.

There is a laundry room in the building with a washing machine and a dryer. This must be paid for separately. The apartment has its own washing machine connection.

Rent price includes service costs of 940,- euro per month. Rent subsidy is possible provided you meet the tax authorities' requirements. (basic rent 760,- euro and service costs 180,- euro).
