The studio is unfurnished and is located on the third floor of the complex.

Description:

Spacious living room with high ceilings, with high-quality laminate flooring, lots of light, plenty of power points, plastic frames with double glazing.

The kitchen is equipped with a four-burner induction plate, extractor hood, oven and fridge freezer.

The living room enjoys a lot of light through the large windows. Studio are delivered with curtains.

The bathroom has a toilet, shower, sink, toilet roll holder, mirror, mechanical extraction and new tiling. The bathroom is fully tiled.

Handy storage attic available (located above the bathroom). One could also turn this into a sleeping video, and thus save space in the living room area. The ladder to easily reach this vide is supplied as standard.

Internet&TV:

Internet and TV signal are included in the rent.

Washer dryer:

The complex is provided with common areas where washing machines and dryers are placed that you can use together at a price of EUR 3 per wash and EUR 1.50 per drying. The washing machines and dryers are linked to a coin insertion system. The studios do not have their own washing machine connection in the studio.

Admission requirements:

Income requirement: minimum of EUR 1.250 net (consisting of, for example, (additional) job, student finance, savings, study grant, student loan)

There is a common bicycle shed for safe and dry storage of the bicycle.

General smoking ban:

In the studios and in the entire complex it is strictly forbidden to smoke, on the instructions of the fire brigade and to prevent nuisance towards the fellow residents.
