It is our own home and we live there with great pleasure. Registration is possible in consultation from January 1, 2027. We will be abroad during this period.

The house is ideal for a couple. The reason is that there is 1 good bedroom. The second bedroom is in the attic with an open staircase without a door. In the attic, there is a sofa bed that can be pulled out into a double bed. Very suitable for guests!

This 4-story house (including ground floor) is 120 m2, very well maintained, and completely renovated in 2017.
Ground floor: a spacious kitchen, fully equipped with amenities such as a dishwasher, oven, microwave, bread maker, and fully furnished with everything you need. Furthermore, on the ground floor, a spacious dining table for 8 people and a wood stove with comfortable chairs (total approximately 40m2). Separate toilet and coat rack in the entrance hallway.

Location and accessibility:
The Breedstraat is a striking, wide, and tree-lined street in the center of Utrecht. For over 400 years, the famous 'lapjesmarkt' (fabric market) of Utrecht has been found here, nowadays every Saturday morning.
The house is a stone's throw away from the cozy shops on the Voorstraat and the terraces on the Neude square. The liveliness of the city is literally around the corner and at your doorstep.
The central location of the house guarantees good accessibility to the many amenities in the center, and Utrecht Central Station is less than a five-minute bike ride away.
