Vogelenbuurt blends the calm of a residential area with the buzz of the city centre. Three minutes' walk to Griftpark, five minutes by bike to the old town. Around the corner you will find neighbourhood restaurants, coffee bars and small shops, and an Albert Heijn for daily groceries. Utrecht Central Station is easily reached by bike or bus.

**Rent and costs total € 1.660,- per month**

- Base rent: € 1.230,-
- Advance on utilities (gas, electricity, water): € 175,-, own meter, annual settlement based on actual consumption
