Layout – Het Schapenhok
The studio is located on the first floor, directly beneath the sloping roof of the farmhouse. The windows let in plenty of natural light and offer a beautiful view of the farmyard and surrounding fields. The living/bedroom is furnished with two comfortable beds and provides enough space for a small sofa with a coffee table or a desk. A cable TV is also located in this room.
The private bathroom is equipped with a toilet, washbasin with cabinet, and a spacious shower.

This unit does not have its own kitchen. On the ground floor, you can use the large open kitchen, which is equipped with all necessary appliances. This kitchen is shared with one or two other residents who also do not have a private kitchen. The washing machine for shared use is also located here.

Conditions

• Rent €1,250 per month, including gas, water, electricity, internet, use of the washing machine, and any tourist tax

The recreational home is part of a characteristic longhouse farmhouse with a working dairy farm, located between Monnickendam and Ilpendam. Surroundings
Behind the farm is a jetty leading to the nature reserve Het Varkensland, which can be beautifully explored by boat, bicycle, or on foot. The area is known for its picturesque villages such as Edam, Volendam, Marken, and Monnickendam, where you will find shops, supermarkets, cafés, restaurants, and daily amenities.

Amsterdam is approximately 15–20 minutes away:
