SELECTION PROCEDURE:

Responses that do not meet these requirements will not be processed.
Invitations are sent in the order of incoming mail and for a viewing round it is first come, first served.
After the viewing, candidates will be screened for income and reliability in various (public) registers. The tenant must successfully complete the screening with a full score of 5 stars, the best score in our screening tool (Properize). The choice to rent the property to candidates is entirely up to the landlord. If multiple candidates pass the screening successfully, the choice will be based on income, screening, and the tenant's personal situation. You have the opportunity as a tenant to explain your personal situation during the screening.
Candidates who are not assigned the property after screening have the right to further explanation, and they can, of course, view the screening report.
NOTE: Rotsvast represents the interests of the owner, who has an interest in renting out on the available date. Upon a fully completed screening, Rotsvast will immediately present a file to the owner. If a file has already been accepted, files that come in fully afterward will no longer be included in the process. It is the responsibility of candidate tenants to submit a complete file as soon as possible. Rotsvast will not actively inform tenants about the progress of the ongoing screening process of other candidate tenants.
