RENTAL CONDITIONS
To qualify for rental housing in the Rijnfort plan, the landlord sets several income requirements. These are as follows:
- In case of 1 income, your income must be at least 3.5 times the rent. Any fixed allowances such as holiday pay, year-end bonuses, etc., may be included;
- In case of 2 incomes (from you and your partner), the lowest income can be counted for 50%. The highest income can be fully included;
- You must have at least a fixed-term employment contract (year contract with intention statement) or indefinite contract. Temporary agency contracts are not taken into account;
- The stated price is exclusive of advance service costs (approximately €75,- per month) and advance heating costs (approximately €60,- per month). At the end of each year, the paid advances will be settled with the actual consumption;
- The minimum rental period is 12 months;
- The standard deposit is 1x the monthly rent. In certain situations, a deposit of 2x the monthly rent may be applied.
