Taxes:

The costs of all government-imposed taxes and charges related to the use of the rented property are borne by the tenant.

Rental conditions:

Income requirement for self-employed:

  • Monthly net income of three times the rent over the past 3 years.

If you do not meet the income requirement, it may be possible to qualify if you have a guarantor or are willing to pay a higher security deposit.
