These costs are estimated at €150 per month

For the supply of gas/water/electricity, the tenant must arrange contracts with the respective suppliers themselves. This ensures that the landlord does not charge any extra costs for this.

Of course, the landlord can also arrange these matters for you for an additional fee.

Taxes:

The costs of all government-imposed taxes and charges related to the use of the rented property are borne by the tenant.

Rental conditions:

• The security deposit amounts to € 2,700.
• Occupancy is possible for a maximum of 3 people.
• The minimum rental period is 12 months.
• Smoking in the house is not allowed.
• Pets are not allowed.
• Your creditworthiness will be checked by means of a credit check (including BKR).

Income requirement for employees:

• Monthly net income of € 3,000. Vacation allowance and other fixed allowances are included.
• Duration of employment contract at least 10 months if the minimum rental period is 12 months.

Income requirement for self-employed:

• Monthly net income of three times the rent over the past 3 years.

If you do not meet the income requirement, it may be possible to qualify if you have a guarantor or are willing to pay a higher security deposit.
