2. Complete Your Payment

We ask for the following payments within three calendar days:

• The first month's rent
• A security deposit

3. Welcome to NorthOrleans

On check-in day, our concierge team will warmly welcome you, guiding you through

the check-in process and providing essential details about your new home.

4. Flexible Cancellation Policy

Should NorthOrleans not meet your expectations upon arrival and personal viewing,

you're entitled to a comprehensive refund, including:

• Full security deposit
• We will retain the first month's rent to cover the studio's availability for that period.
